Abstract

Student motivation is a key determinant of academic achievement, engagement, and lifelong learning. This paper examines the psychological foundations of student motivation, emphasizing self-determination, self-efficacy, supportive learning environments, meaningful assessment, and effective technology integration in fostering intrinsic motivation and resilience. It highlights the importance of creating learner-centered educational experiences that inspire success and prepare students for continuous personal and professional growth.
