Abstract

This article reveals the often-overlooked emotional dimension of nursing, where caregivers silently bear the stories, struggles, and triumphs of their patients. Beyond physical care, nurses form deep emotional connections, facing compassion fatigue, grief, and moments of profound hope. These experiences shape their resilience, sense of purpose, and humanity, underscoring the need for emotional support systems within healthcare.
