Abstract

Ethical governance and administrative accountability are fundamental to strengthening public trust in democratic institutions. By promoting transparency, ethical leadership, citizen participation, and performance accountability, governments can enhance institutional credibility, improve public service delivery, and foster greater civic confidence. Sustained commitment to integrity and responsible governance supports effective policymaking and reinforces democratic legitimacy.
